Iḍā Embodied was conceived and designed by Phoebe Boonkerd - mother, lover, midwife, naturopath and long-time yoga practitioner. It is the result of a great deal of sifting and sorting over many years in the wellness and natural health space. Much plant wisdom and personal experience goes into each product.
As we are a (very) small business, please read our terms and conditions carefully, as they may differ from larger retailers.
Skincare
Each skin care product is hand-made, and while great care is taken in the process, products may vary from batch to batch as the nature of the raw natural ingredients may slightly vary. As the consumer, you are unique and have your own unique skin type. It is important to patch test any new product and decide if it is right for you. We cannot take responsibility for any skin irritation that occurs as a result of using Iḍā Embodied products, however, we are very open to feedback and are happy to hear from you if you have any issues with them.
Sleepwear
Our sleepwear is also gently hand-made and each piece is unique. We work with primarily thrifted or upcycled cotton or linen, making each nightie a truly special and hopefully treasured addition to your wardrobe. We recommend that our sleepwear is either hand-washed or placed in a delicates bag and washed on a gentle cycle for longevity of each item.
Shipping - applies to all products
We ship with our eco-friendly, carbon-neutral shipping agent Sendle. Each parcel is tracked and once it has left us, we are as much at the mercy of the postal system as you are. We will always do our best to recover items that have gone missing, but cannot take responsibility for events beyond our control that delay your parcel's arrival. If an item is confirmed lost by Sendle, we will replace it free of charge.
Returns and refunds
We will replace an item if it is genuinely damaged on arrival. We will ask for photographic proof of this and will assess each case individually.
We don't offer refunds for change of mind.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for skincare that has been opened.
We are unable to offer complimentary shipping for exchanges.
